In the support section you will find access to the close-nit community that is our forum. Here you can keep up-to-date with the latest updates and happenings with Super Apprentice. You can ask anything from complicated techy questions to real basic stuff without fear of feeling like an idiot. Both Dave Moore and Chuck (one very helpful dude) are active in the forum and you are welcome to ask them questions here or using a support ticket. The support ticket system is similar to any other. If you have any issues or concerns fill out a ticket and someone will get back to you usually within a few hours.
You also have access to the tutorials which are really helpful even if you're not an amatuer. I would recommend going through these even if you consider yourself a pro', as there are some methods which will differ slightly to the normal way of doing things.
The thing about Super Apprentice is that we know that in the world of Search Engine Optimisation there are some tried and tested methods that may never change but there are other things that will. New methods and processes are being tested all the time. When one is proven to work it is released to all the members.
